75 minutes | A deep dive into the finer points of the sweet science with added time to ensure a serious sweat. Expect to focus on the nitty-gritty of boxing technique: footwork, defense and mittwork/handspeed drills. Taught exclusively by a Shadowbox Master Instructor, a Technical Boxing PT will propel skills and stamina to new heights.

60 minutes | A great way to augment the group class experience by working 1-on-inside our vintage ring with an instructor. This session builds endurance and strength while honing boxing skills. A fantastic cardio-based experience for all levels: from those seeking an intro to boxing to the seasoned veteran pursuing a higher level of overall fitness.
